Our Vision is to unlock the opportunity of African entrepreneurship in universities and business hubs around Africa (approx 1,500 tech hubs in situ) to achieve employment and economic growth with the capacity in the Global North to provide mentoring and funding. Nafasi’s platform (much like Airbnb) will provide a trusted market place for entrepreneurs to match up with investors (angel, businesses and individuals) in the Global North who are interested in supporting and investing in tech businesses in Africa. This will be accompanied by mentoring e.g. task mentoring (marketing plan) or leadership mentoring, a proven model much like the Enterprise Ireland model.
